Saudi court ups punishment for gang-rape victim

In CNN news, A court in Saudi Arabia increased the punishment for a gang-rape victim after her lawyer won an appeal of the sentence for the rapists, the lawyer told CNN.
The victim got raped by seven guys. The court sentenced the rapists by putting them in jail for 2 years to 9 years. And the victim will put in jail for six months and 200 lashes because she went out with one of the rapists who is not related. and the law is restrict on women in Saudi Arabia.
Strict dress code, a prohibition against driving and the need for a man's permission to travel or have surgery. Women are also not allowed to testify in court unless it is about a private matter that was not observed by a man, and they are not allowed to vote.

A Magician

I saw a movie on the TV yesterday. It was about a little boy called Albert. His Father died when he was 2 years old. So his mother took care of him, but she was killed in a car accident. Albert has a power, so he is like a magician. when his mother died he moved to live with his ant in Illinois. His ant is not married and doesn't have children. She tried to help him to not to feel lonley, so she took him to a magicians to teach him his hobby.

Hillary Clinton, Democ.
Her husband Bill Clinton was presenting this movie. She has been helping poor people since she was 29. If she gets elected, she will provide a free health care for all American citizens. Also, Hillary is planning to stop the Iraq war. On the other hand, she has the best combination of mind and heart. In addition, she will build a good economy and she will provide jobs for everyone. Finally, I like Hillary's policies and she not only mentions the internal issues but also mentions foreign issues. Furthermore, this video is good because it's expressing everything about her and about what she's trying to do. The thing that I dislike about her film is that she didn't mention anything about taxes.


Rudy Guiliani, Rep.
He talked about several things in his speech. He talked about reducing taxes which is a good thing in my opinion. Also, he talked about reducing crimes in the United States and making it safe, but he wants to be on the offensive. That means continuing wars and wars on terror. In fact, he didn't mention anything about the Iraq war which is a very important issue nowadays.


Barack Obama, Democ.
Barack Obama thinks that there are no differences between Asian, Latin, Black, and White Americans; they are all Americans and there are no differences between rich or poor. I like him because he is against the war in Iraq and he treats everyone equally. He sacrificed himself for helping poor and ordinary people. He will provide health care for uniunsured children. In addition, he want to relieve taxes from law-income workers. In my opinion, there is no bad feedback that I can say about him because I think he is the best.


Bill Richardson, Democ.
"We have to undo the damage. The world is waiting". He has been nominated for the Nobel peace prize four times. He is an optimistic person. This video shows him with Sadam Hussain and with an Asian Politician, so that means he has a good relationships with foreign countries. I like him also because he will offer millions of jobs and he talked about cutting taxes. He didn't talk about health care in this film, so his film is not as good as Hillary's and Obama's.


John Edwards, Democ.
He talks about two Americas, which means that America has high and middle class citizens. He wants just one America. I like him because he is planning to do many good things inside America. He will protect labors unions. He will provide a Universal health care. In addition, he will pay one year tuition for all American college students, which is very nice in my opinion. He talked about domestic policies but he never talked about foreign policies like the war on terror or the Iraq war.


Ron Paul, Rep.
I like this candidate because he is strange a little bit. He is republican but he talked about several things that the republicans do not support. For example, he wants to get rid of the IRS (Government Taxes). He wants to follow the Constitution (the law book for the U.S.) "Only Congress can declare war not the president." He said that because of what Bush did. Also, he never voted to raise taxes, never voted against preventing gays in the military. On the other hand, he voted against Patriot Act. He said that he voted against the Iraq war but Hillary voted for the war.


Finally, if I were American I would vote for either Hillary or Obama. I like Ron Paul too but he is with the Rep. Party so I'd never, ever vote for him!!

A girl was found "safe" after released images of her from a videotape that also showed a man performing sex acts on a younger girl.

The girl who was found, they think was 10 to 12 years old, was not sexually abused. Boruchowitz said. Details were not disclosed, and no additional information about the identity of the girl or the circumstances of how she came to be on the video was made public.

Got killed while Watching A storm

Rick Perry (from Houston, TX) said that on Thursday there was a hurricane called Humberto that hit the state with surprising intensity.

And he also mentioned that Humberto lost steam as quickly as it developed. And it comes down to a tropical depression in the afternoon.

One death was blamed on the hurricane. An 80 years old man was killed when he watched the storm in the morning and i think a tree collapsed on him.

An independant commetion created by Congress is strongly recommending down size U.S. forcing in Iraq and changing their missions.

The commission judged it not yet protecting Iraq's borders. And there is lots of threats that the army should deal with it.
The situation where there was so much negativity around any particular police force.
It was unbelievable, the amount of negative comments that the U.S. Army got from the Iraqi Police.
There was almost a universal feeling that the national policewere corrupt, had been accused of having death squads. Finally the General said "I think we need to start transitioning to an Iraqi lead, not a U.S.-coalition lead."
